WELCOME BACK TO MODEx

You loved it here.

Let’s do it again.

The room. The energy. The team behind you. We loved having you here—and we’d love to help bring your next idea to life.

A LITTLE THANK-YOU FOR COMING BACK

Your next event.
15% off the rental.

Have another screening in mind? A celebration, workshop, or conversation worth bringing people together for? Book your next event within three months of your most recent MODEx event and receive 15% off the regular-price space rental fee. You don’t need a residency to come back.

LET’S PLAN MY NEXT EVENT

Your booking window starts on the date of your most recent MODEx event. Reserve your next event within three months; the event itself can take place later, subject to availability. The 15% offer applies to the regular-price space rental fee only. Production, staffing, bar service, and other services are quoted separately. Mention “Welcome Back” when you reach out. Residency pricing is arranged separately.

MORE THAN ONE EVENT IN MIND?

Four events. One home.

Make it a series

Planning at least four events in a calendar year? Let’s talk MODEx Residency—a recurring home for what you’re building.

Plan your year

Bring your next four screenings, quarterly gatherings, or recurring workshops into one conversation. We’ll explore dates and availability together.

Build on what worked

You’ve seen what the space can do. Let’s shape the room, production, and support around what’s next.

Keep your team

Come back to people who already know your event. We’ll carry what we learned into the next one.

Make a plan that fits

Residency pricing and support are scoped around your calendar, format, and needs. Tell us what you have in mind.

LET’S KEEP A GOOD THING GOING
